(January 2003) Congratulations to Lawmen Wide Receiver Ron Harper who's signing by the Bismarck Roughriders of the NIFL was announced at a press conference on Friday January 24.
Ron was a key part of the Lawmen offense over the past several seasons. In the last two years, Ron totaled 71 catches for 1229 yard and scored 17 touchdowns in 17 games.
